Write Your Way through the GalleriesSecond Thursday of the Month 10:30 am-12:30 pm Members: FREE | Not-Yet-Members: $20  Join us on the second Thursday of the month for a morning of writing as inspired by art! We will explore different avenues to ekphrastic writing, or writing creatively as inspired by art, in the galleries. Exemplary writing by contemporary or historical local writers will be shared. Generative prompts will be offered to spark creativity. She the author of the lyric Hot with the Bad Things (Alice James Books, 2020). With Suzannah Russ Spaar, she co-authored the chapbook Undone in Scarlet (Tammy, 2019). She is an Education Associate at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, an Editor of Poetry for The Offing, and serves on the Editorial Board for Alice James Books. Lucia lives and writes in Buffalo, NY.
