Empowering girls to discover their authentic selves as they become mindful, confident, creative & engaged leaders. July 13th - 17th We are pleased to host Soul Models again this summer. Soul Models is a nonprofit organization serving middle school-aged girls in the Seacoast area of southern Maine and New Hampshire. Girls explore these ideals through hands-on activities that focus on the practice of mindfulness, yoga, creative expression, service, and leadership. By utilizing a balanced approach, participants deepen their understanding of the importance of presence and self-awareness in daily living while developing resiliency and strengthening their own inner compass.
