Daisy FAQ

General Questions

Who is Daisy for?
Daisy is for event goers, calendar owners, and anyone trying to get people to show up. From trivia nights and gallery shows to classes, festivals, or live music—if it belongs on a calendar, it belongs on Daisy.
Is Daisy really free?

Yes. Creating your Daisy, posting events, and sharing your calendar will always be free. We believe events deserve to be found—and that starts with open, accessible calendars. The reason events keep on getting lost is that we’ve over-monetized calendars and not made it easy for events to be posted and then found.

How does Daisy work?

You can browse public calendars by city or by creator. Subscribe to your favorites and add events to your own calendar in a tap. If you host events, you can create your own Daisy so your community never misses what’s next.

I host events, why are my events already here?

If your event is public and already online, it may have been added to Daisy to help more people find it. Daisy brings together open events from across the web, so more people know what's happening and how to show up. You can claim your free Daisy calendar and include it in your social bio and emails.

What kinds of events belong on Daisy?

Any event that builds community. Think: open mics, gallery openings, classes, club meetups, brewery trivia, local pop-ups, run clubs, and more. If you're putting time into planning it, Daisy helps make sure it's seen.

Can I follow other people’s calendars too?

Yes. Daisy is designed to be open and followable. Subscribe to calendars you care about and have their events appear in your own feed—or even drop right into your phone's calendar.

For Creators & Calendar Owners

How do I claim my Daisy?
If your event is already listed, you can find and claim your Daisy by searching your name or venue. Once claimed, it’s yours to customize, update, and share. No calendar? No problem! Set up a Daisy in minutes.
I already have a calendar. Why do I need this?

Daisy isn’t meant to replace your tools—it makes them more visible. Think of it as the calendar your followers actually see. Even if you use Eventbrite, Lu.ma, Mindbody, or something else, Daisy brings it all into one place. In addition, Daisy can connect to your existing calendar, making it easier for you to list and post events in one place.

What do you mean by "creator"?

We define creators as anyone using social to gather people in the real world. DJs, fitness coaches, bands, breweries, libraries, clubs, instructors. If you post events and want people to show up, you’re a creator.

How does Daisy help my followers?

Your Daisy gives them one place to see what’s coming up. No more chasing flyers, expired stories, or missed posts. One link, always current.

How does Daisy help me?

Daisy turns social attention into actual attendance. It makes it easier for your events to be found, followed, and added to the calendar that matters—the one your people already use.

Can I use Daisy with my booking or ticketing tools?

Yes. Daisy works with the platforms you already use. Link each event to its unique booking or ticketing page, even if you're using multiple systems across locations or types of events.

How is Daisy different from Linktree and other link pages?

Link pages are static. Daisy is dynamic. It updates automatically, works like a real calendar, and shows people what they can actually attend—not just where they can click.

What if I only host events occasionally?

That works too. Daisy is lightweight and flexible. Whether you post once a month or every day, your followers always have a place to check what's coming up.
