Make plans to join us for another delicious wine-pairing dinner. We are bringing back Chefs Romy, Shannon, & Shayne for another wonderful meal paired with some of our newly released wines and a couple of your fan favorites! Join us on February 14th, 2026 for this special event. Tickets are $100 each for wine club members and $125 each for non-club members. Dinner starts at 7pm! Course 1: Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Crostini Creamy goat cheese on toasted baguette, topped with sweet roasted red peppers and olive oil. Elegant, colorful, and beautifully wine friendly, paired with our 2024 Roussanne. Course 2: Gambas al Ajillo Succulent shrimp sautéed in garlic, olive oil, and a touch of chili. Bright, aromatic, and ideal with our 2023 Roussanne. Course 3: Albondigas en Salsa Española with Patatas Bravas Tender Spanish style meatballs simmered in a smoky tomato paprika sauce and Patatas Bravas with Smoked Paprika Aioli Crispy golden potatoes topped with a smoky, mildly spicy bravas sauce and a creamy aioli. A rich, savory pairing for our 2023 Grenache. Course 4: Chorizo al Vino Tinto with Tortilla de Papas Spanish style chorizo braised in red wine with garlic and bay leaf. Tortilla de Papas with Truffle Aioli - A classic Spanish potato tortilla, slow cooked in olive oil and served with a silky truffle aioli. Deep, bold flavors that shine alongside our new 2022 Tempranillo. Course 5: Rich espresso crème brûlée finds its perfect match in bourbon barrel-aged Tempranillo, where the wine's vanilla and toasted oak notes echo the dessert's caramelized sugar crust while dark cherry and plum flavors intertwine beautifully with the coffee-infused custard. The bourbon barrel's subtle whiskey warmth and spice amplify the espresso's roasted intensity, creating a luxuriously smooth pairing that's both indulgent and sophisticated. TICKETS
