About this event
One of 14 upcoming events at A Far Cry, and 3,625 across Greater Boston.
Curated by: Clara Lyon A celebration 20 years in the making. For A Far Cry’s milestone Season 20 finale, the orchestra transforms the BCA Cyclorama with a spectacular evening of music, revelry, food, drink, and revelry. Inspired by the long tradition of the masked ball—and the irresistible pull of a great party—this event blurs the boundaries between concert and celebration. Spanning centuries of dance music, this genre-bending mixtape reveals unexpected connections between Baroque splendor, Romantic drama, and disco ecstasy. From chandeliers to mirror balls, from gavottes to groove, the pulse remains the same: music that brings people together, moves bodies, and invites transformation. Expect mystique. Expect surprises. Expect dance. Repertoire will be announced closer to the event, but audiences can look forward to A Far Cry’s signature approach to programming—bringing the same energy, artistry, and curiosity to Mozart and Chic, Berlioz and the Bee Gees. Musical Program To Be Announced This special event takes place outside A Far Cry’s subscription series. Subscribers will receive exclusive early access to reserve tickets and tables before they become available to the public.
