Amy Fylling Director of Operations, Advanced Management Company Amy Fylling provides leadership and oversight for multifamily communities throughout Southern California. With extensive experience in property management, operations, leasing, and team development, Amy brings a hands-on, results-driven approach focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Amy also serves on the AAOC Board of Directors and as Chair of the Legislative Committee for the California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA), remaining actively engaged in the issues impacting rental housing throughout California. Alicia Banister Regional Property Manager, Willow Bridge With more than 17 years of experience in multifamily housing, Alicia brings expertise from markets including Kansas City, Minneapolis, San Diego, and Vancouver, Washington. Her experience includes Class A lease-ups, new development, mixed-use communities, client relations, and people-focused leadership. Alicia proudly serves on the Board of the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SoCalRHA), where she also founded the NextGen Committee. At the national level, she serves on the NAAEI Board and as Chair of the National Apartment Association’s NextGen Committee. Passionate about cultivating the next generation of industry leaders, she is dedicated to mentorship and professional development within the multifamily space.
