Center for Architecture + Design How do the buildings that define San Francisco actually come together — on budget, on schedule, without the process falling apart? An experienced construction and program manager takes you behind the scenes of the decisions, teams, and strategies shaping some of the Bay Area's most talked-about projects: City College of San Francisco's Diego Rivera Theater and Student Success Center, SFO Airport, and Berkeley Gateway. Through real project stories, this session unpacks what happens when architects, contractors, and owners choose how to build together — and why that choice shapes everything from cost to quality to whether a project finishes on time.
