All of Alameda’s Libraries Alameda Museum 2324 Alameda Avenue 2:30 pm – 3 pm Join Dennis Evanosky for a history tour of museum displays. Alameda’s library system is as old as the city itself. It grew from a small set of books in a building near the Central Pacific train station, matured to occupy the “Library Block” on Park Street, and moved into the Carnegie library at the beginning of the 20th century. Dennis will discuss all this and unveil some of the interesting details he has uncovered.
