Free Museum After Hours

After Hours: End of Summer Bash Celebrate the end of summer and the start of a new school year at our End of Summer Bash! Join us for a relaxed evening of art, music, and community with a fun cookout atmosphere. Enjoy live acoustic music during an open mic hosted by Jaylen Words, take part in a hands-on art activity, and grab a classic cookout dinner for just $8. A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening, and St. Joe Beverage will be joining us for a special tasting during After Hours. Families are invited to take advantage of a FREE Kids Media Mix-Up trial from 4:00–6:30 PM! This is a great opportunity for your child to try out Kids Media Mix-Up and get a feel for the program. The trial will take place in the Children's Art Gallery with Miss Bee and Miss Alex. If your child attended AKMA Summer Art Camp, this is also the perfect opportunity to pick up their artwork. Whether you're celebrating the season, gearing up for a new school year, or simply looking for a fun evening at the museum, everyone is welcome. Admission is free!
