Saturday, September 26 | 2 PM + 7 PM Women's & Men's Divisions! Alley Brews Oktoberfest 4342 Tennyson St, Denver Think you can hold a full stein straight out longer than everyone else? Here’s your chance to prove it — officially. Alley Brews is hosting a U.S. Steinholding Association Colorado State Championship Qualifier during Oktoberfest, with competitions at 2 PM and 7 PM. Both competition times will include women’s and men’s divisions. 🏆 Alley Brews will send one women’s champion + one men’s champion to represent us at the 2026 Colorado Steinholding State Championship Finals at Prost Brewing Company in Northglenn on October 17. And your judge knows exactly what you’re getting yourself into: Alley Brews co-owner Liz Hess won our competition last year and qualified for State herself. WHAT IS STEINHOLDING? Hold a filled one-liter stein straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground, for as long as you can. Sounds easy. It is not. Official U.S. Steinholding Association rules will be used. Competition times: 2 PM + 7 PM Divisions: Women’s + Men’s Date: Saturday, Sept. 26 Where: Alley Brews Oktoberfest Beer, coffee, craft cocktails, food and non-alcoholic options will be available throughout Oktoberfest.
