The evening serves as the official kickoff to Stage Fright Nights: Summoning the Damned, giving guests an exclusive first look at this year’s haunted attraction before it opens to the public. The fun begins at 5:00 PM with a variety of themed activities and entertainment. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience an exclusive haunted house preview and upgrade their evening with a VIP Experience. Whether you’re a longtime Rocky Horror fan or looking for a unique way to celebrate Halloween season, this opening night event combines cult cinema, live entertainment, community fun, and spooky surprises into one unforgettable evening. Important Information for Rocky Horror Picture Show Outdoor Movie Event Please bring your chairs or blankets for lawn seating to watch the film. A limited number of chairs will be available for rent. Prohibited Items: Outside food, beverages, and coolers are not allowed. Pets: Only service animals are permitted during Rocky Horror. Onsite parking is available, but limited. So, we strongly encourage ridesharing. Previous Next Terms & Conditions* General Information The Alliance for the Arts’ Stage Fright Nights is a limited-time, immersive Halloween experience running select nights in October. In addition to the Summoning the Damned-themed haunted house, performances, and attractions, we will feature a vendor area with handcrafted items, themed art, authors, activities, treats, and more. Vendor space is available outdoors each evening of the event, and some indoor as well. Specific arrangements will be shared upon confirmation. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup. 6ft tables are available to rent for $5 upon request. Vendors must supply their own table coverings, displays, packaging materials, stands, easels, pedestals, chairs, signage, lighting, and any other materials required to sell and showcase their work. Vendors handle their own sales and are strongly encouraged to have a method for accepting credit card payments. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Florida sales tax (6.5%) on eligible sales. If you reserve booth space on a night that offers choice of location, you may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade depending on overall vendor interest. Set Up and Break Down Vendors must check in upon arrival. Set up times may vary based on the event. Vendors will be assigned a specific booth space prior to the event. Vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space and removing any trash or materials at the end of the night. Consignment Terms By participating, vendors confirm that all work submitted is original or legally sold by them. The Alliance reserves the right to photograph vendor booths, products, and artists for use in promotional and archival materials, including future marketing efforts. Risk of Loss or Damage Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise and equipment. The Alliance for the Arts is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transport, setup, or the duration of the event. Cancellations In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Alliance may cancel that night’s event. Vendors will be notified by 3:00pm on the day of the scheduled market. If conditions improve, vendors will be informed that the event will proceed as planned.
