Homeschool Enrichment Series: Wisdom Without the Hemlock-Arts/Philosophy Class II (Ages 13-18)

Wisdom without the Hemlock is a four-week arts and philosophy workshop built around the spirit of Socratic inquiry. Through Socrates, the Sophists, the Presocratics, dialogue, and philosophical problems, students will examine certainty, knowledge, and the nature of reality. Rather than memorizing a history of philosophy, students will practice questioning assumptions, following arguments, and thinking carefully, all while cultivating curiosity and wonder.
