Now on Wednesdays Experience the spirit and rhythm of the Pacific Islands in Hula with Marliss! This dynamic class introduces students to the traditional styles of Hawaiian, Tahitian, Māori, and Samoan dance. With a focus on both technique and cultural appreciation, students will learn the foundations of each style while mastering vibrant performance dances and songs. Classes are grouped by age: Ages 3–9: 4:30 – 5:15 p.m. Ages 10 and up: 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. Choose your Age Group during registration Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and celebrate Polynesian culture at 3–4 community performances. Costumes are required for performances and are provided at a minimal cost. Come dance, learn, and connect with the rich traditions of Polynesia in a fun and supportive environment!
