The Quill at Alliance for the Arts is a writers group with the goal of building a stronger creative writing community in Southwest Florida. We are, primarily, a fiction critique group, but The Quill is also a place to practice your craft, learn new skills, network with other writers, and discuss all writing-related matters. The moderator–historical-fantasy author Roberto Calas–will maintain a safe, supportive space for all participants. All skill levels and genres are welcome. So, come have your work-in-progress critiqued. Try a quick creative writing exercise. Level-up your skills, and enjoy the company of your writing peers. Meeting the first Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm and the second Sunday from 1pm-3pm of every month Free for Alliance Members, non Members are welcome for $5 at the door
