Qi Gong: The Healing Within

A series of gentle, slow movements, self-massage and breathwork that both ground the body and activate healing energy within it. Movement is medicine, and this practice is full of ease and flow--both powerful allies in the healing process. It is a great way to unwind and clear the energy of the day.
