Transforming Traditional Stories- Online

In this online workshop we will look at transforming stories – personal and traditional by means of immersive (point of view and./or description), deconstruction (breaking the story into parts), or braided (mixing personal and traditional elements) techniques. You can begin with any story – personal or traditional – and see how it changes as we apply the various approaches. Loren Niemi is an innovative storyteller creating, coaching/directing, performing, producing, teaching and writing about stories that matter for audiences of all ages in urban and rural settings for over 45 years.
