Join felter Jen Newburg for this intergenerational class, where kids and their special adults can try out “painting with wool” together! Using a felt base, each student (young and old) will practice needle felting techniques to create a colorful spring scene. Complete the landscape with a tiny tomte walking through a bright spring day, then attach the felted scene to a mini grapevine wreath, perfect for bringing a bit of spring into your home. Additional information: Advanced registration required. Open to all skill levels. This program is designed for youth 9-17 accompanied by an adult. This program is for one kid and one adult to attend together, and each work on their own projects. Please reach out if you wish to confirm available space for additional children to attend with a registered adult. A $20 materials fee covers materials for two projects, one for the adult and one for the child.
