Emotional Alchemy is a six-week Kundalini Yoga series designed to support living a more heart-centered life by strengthening emotional regulation through embodied practice. Using breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation, this series offers practical tools for meeting emotional intensity with steadiness, clarity, and compassion—rather than suppression or overwhelm. Each week, we will work with Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditative practices specifically chosen to: Calm and stabilize the nervous system Increase resilience in the face of stress and change Develop greater choice in how we respond rather than react Build inner coherence between mind, heart, and body Cultivate emotional safety, self-trust, and grounded presence Kundalini Yoga teaches that emotions are energy in motion. When we learn how to guide that energy skillfully, emotional waves become sources of insight, creativity, and strength rather than something to fear or control. This series is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary—only a willingness to show up and practice. Come as you are.
