Penny D creates bold, vibrant traditional tattoos with tons of personality, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to Anatomy Tattoo November 21–24, 2026. Based in Tijuana, Penny is traveling back through the Pacific Northwest to reconnect with her Portland clients and hopes to make Anatomy Tattoo a regular stop for quarterly guest spots.
