Along with all the usual festivities, we will also be celebrating our 80th anniversary of serving pets and people in our community. You won’t want to miss out on all the excitement as Paws in the Park returns bigger and better than ever before. Paws in the Park is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Oronoco Bay Park. Paws in the Park brings together shopping, live music and entertainment, food and drink, and adoptable animals. The event is FREE to attend! Additional activities include a silent auction, Family Fun Tent, and a dog and human costume contest. Event proceeds benefit the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. Sponsorships are available.
