Don’t Skip the Stone: Millstone Trail Races The Mill Stone 50K returns in 2027 with a new name and expanded race options as the Millstone Trail Races. The beloved 50K isn’t going anywhere—but it’s getting a fresh twist. Runners will now take on two 15.5-mile loops through the scenic Anne Springs Close Greenway, offering more opportunities to test grit, strategy and endurance. Joining the lineup is a brand-new 25K distance, replacing the previous 10-mile race, along with a 10K and kids run—making the event accessible to a wider range of trail runners while staying true to its rugged roots.
