This beginner-friendly class combines gentle, slow-paced flows with longer-held stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. Teachers collaborate on a shared monthly theme, weaving in fresh perspectives each week while keeping the practice supportive and accessible. You’ll begin with mindful movement and breathwork to settle into your body, followed by stretches that allow you to relax more deeply into each pose. Each class ends with a restful savasana to leave you calm, balanced and refreshed. All are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed! Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
