Hands-on AI training built for educational facilities professionals π Cohort Sessions: November 2, 3, 4 & 11, 2026 2:00β4:00 PM ET | Live Virtual | 4 Two-Hour Sessions Three sessions the week of November 2, with a final capstone session on Wednesday, November 11. AI is changing how work gets done β and facilities management is no exception. But most facilities professionals haven't had a practical, hands-on way to get started. AI in Facilities: 101 is a four-session training program built specifically for educational facilities professionals. No prior AI experience required. Bring your own AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) and work through real facilities scenarios β drafting executive communications, reviewing service contracts, modeling energy data, and prioritizing deferred maintenance. Sample data will be provided for exercises. You'll also complete a capstone project applying AI to an actual task from your job β something you can use the day you finish. Every exercise uses the kind of work you already do. No lectures. No theory. Just practice. Format: Live virtual | 8 total hours across 4 sessions Prerequisite: A login to any AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) Continuing Education: 8 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) - 2 per session Registration is limited, so secure your seat early.
