Jay Shah is Director of Solutions Engineering & Customer Growth at Planon. With more than 13 years of experience, Jay helps customers build IWMS strategies that connect siloed information, create a single source of truth, and drive more effective campus operations and long-term planning. Julie (Johnson) Roberts is co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Lambent, an industry leader in software for space optimization. Prior to her role as Chief Strategy Officer, Roberts was CEO of Lambent (fka Armored Things) from 2019-2022, during which time she led a repositioning of the business away from security & crowd intelligence into its current growth positioning as an AI-powered occupancy analytics company for Corporations and Higher Ed. Before founding Lambent, Roberts focused on cybersecurity and the Internet of Things at Qualcomm Ventures. She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, and Harvard Business School. In 2022, Roberts was named to Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list, highlighting premier leaders making an impact professionally and in the community.
