He escaped Nazi Germany, fled to Holland and eventually settled in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. That experience of being turned away from safety stayed with him. It fueled a lifelong commitment to justice. Thomas became a prominent defense attorney, represented Milwaukee’s civil rights leaders and dedicated his life to protecting others. Thomas Jacobson is a living witness to one of history’s most defining moments, a survivor, an advocate, and a testament to the power of resilience. Join us as he shares his life experience.
