About this event
One of 413 upcoming events at Around the Curtain Community Children's Theatre.
In this high school journalism course designed for homeschool students, aspiring reporters will develop the skills and confidence to tell meaningful, real-world stories. Students will learn the fundamentals of journalism—including interviewing techniques, ethical reporting, research, and article writing—before putting their knowledge into action. Through guided fieldwork, they will venture into the community to conduct interviews, investigate local topics, and capture stories that matter. This hands-on approach encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and clear communication, empowering students to become thoughtful and responsible storytellers.
