“The Beauty of Enough” challenges the quiet expectation of endless giving, reframing “enough” as an act of strength rather than scarcity. Through layered textures, intuitive markings, and evolving gestures, the work captures the tension between holding on and overextending—documenting how we accumulate, protect, and sometimes override our own boundaries. Each piece becomes a visual negotiation, where marks build, resist, and interrupt one another, reflecting the process of reclaiming self-trust and resisting self-betrayal. Both personal and quietly political, the exhibition pushes back against cultures of burnout and extraction, presenting “enough” as a powerful stance rooted in autonomy, care, and wholeness.
