Stop by the Yarmouth Farmers Market in Maine for a free teen art activity in the afternoon. Discovering Nature’s Patterns Thursday, May 7th from 3:30pm-4:30pm at the Yarmouth Farmers Market. Nature is filled with repeating shapes and rhythms. Look closely at leaves, branches, pinecones, shells, and grasses. These patterns tell stories of growth, movement, and balance. This one-hour workshop will help you identify shapes and patterns in nature. You will learn to see differently, and use your new knowledge to make drawings based on what you see. No experience necessary. All materials provided. FREE TO ATTEND. LIMITED TICKET QUANTITY. The Yarmouth Farmers Market is located in the heart of Yarmouth, ME on Memorial Green in front of the Town Hall and runs weekly on Thursdays from May to October. Our free classes are offered on the first Thursday of the month, but please be sure to visit the market on other weeks to support the vendors!
