2027 is the year to give back to yourself, and there’s no better place to start than this installment in our ARTful Wellness series! Join us for a calming and reflective workshop where students transform existing text into personal poetry and visual art. This class will encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and creative discovery as participants reveal new meaning from existing words and create a page that feels thoughtful and unique. Ages 15+ Monday, February 1 6-8 pm Registration Fee: FREE! This free wellness class is brought to you in partnership with UVA Health.
