Little Hands. Big Masterpieces! Monthly Youth Art Workshop | Color Creators & Art Explorers | Ages 7-13 Watch creativity come to life at the Artists Art Center with Doughty’s Little Designers, a monthly youth art workshop led by Candice Doughty of Designs by Doughty. Designed for children ages 7–13, this hands-on experience introduces young artists to painting, color coordination, and decorative design through fun, age-appropriate projects. Participants can choose between an 8×10 pre-sketched canvas or a 12-inch round wooden door hanger, with each project featuring a seasonal theme and opportunities for creative personalization. Whether discovering painting for the first time or building on existing artistic interests, every child is encouraged to explore their imagination, make independent design choices, and complete an artwork they can proudly take home.
