Join us for a guided meditation and intuitive watercolor painting workshop. This uplifting session begins with a 15-minute guided breathing meditation designed to clear your mind and ground you in the present moment. From there, you’ll spend 90 minutes exploring your creativity through watercolor painting, no rules, just intuitive expression with support from professional artists. We’ll end with a 10-minute group share, offering space to reflect on your process and experience. All art supplies, as well as water and tea, will be provided. Just bring yourself. This class is co-hosted with Women of Culture. Women of Culture organizes and curates intentional offerings to encourage attendees to push their boundaries, discover new perspectives, and more deeply understand themselves and the world around them.
