Telling Your Story to the Public and Policymakers This interactive workshop focuses on telling the Library’s story—communicating its values, community impact, experiences, and testimonials to the public and policymakers. Participants will learn practical storytelling tools and techniques that can also be useful for nonprofit organizations, community groups, and anyone interested in communicating their organization’s work and impact. All are welcome! Program provided by Michael Bowman, Rural Civic Engagement Specialist, Office of Washington Secretary of State. Coffee will provided by the Friends of the Asotin County Library. Join us for all of the events in this special Civics series: Tuesday, November 17 Local Civics 101 Wednesday, November 18 Learning to Identify and Combat Misinformation
