“Love, Mom” Release Celebration

Join us at the Tasting Room as we introduce Love, Mom, a new August Hill wine inspired by someone very special to our winery family. The name comes from a simple memory of winemaker Mark’s mom, Betty. She often left treats for Mark and his siblings with a Post-it note signed, “Love, Mom.” That tradition of showing she cared through food continued at the winery, where Betty was known for bringing homemade food and treats for the crew on busy harvest and bottling days. Love, Mom was created in that same spirit: a little something special, made to share with someone you care about. During this release experience, Mark will share more of the story behind Love, Mom as you enjoy a glass of this sweet apple wine with caramel and almond flavors. You’ll also enjoy a selection of small bites chosen to complement the wine, along with a surprise or two throughout the experience. Come raise a glass with us to a new wine, the woman who inspired it, and the memories that continue to be part of August Hill.
