Our HypnoBirthing Series covers all the key subjects covered in a standard childbirth education class. We educate expectant parents on labor hormones, maternal anatomy, our autonimic nervous system, optimal labor positions, personalized birth planning, various labor and delivery options, pain management strategies, post-birth nursing, and so much more! Through techniques that promote relaxation and personal confidence, HypnoBirthing seeks to alleviate anxiety and stress, resulting in a serene, empowering, and pleasant birth experience for both her and her partner.
