Urban Enslavement in Austin NCHM Slave Quarters Tour Reckoning with the Legacy of Slavery in Austin, Texas SUNDAY, january 18, 2025 | 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM TICKETS $20 General Admission | $15 Student / Senior (65+) $10 NCHM Member / NARM Member Free for children 12 and under Register here Limited to 20 participants. Urban Enslavement in Austin - The NCHM Slave Quarters Tour is a guided of the building and grounds exploring the complicated influence of slavery on the city and how the impact of that institution resounds even today. This tour is lead by Harrison Eppright, Visit Austin Tour Ambassador and Neill-Cochran House Museum Advisory Board member. This one-hour tour is offered on the third Sunday of every month* starting at 1:30pm. After the tour, visitors will have time to take the self-guided audio tour of the main house and view the rotating exhibitions. The self-guided audio tour is included in the price of Urban Enslavement in Austin - The NCHM Slave Quarters Tour. Follow the link above to register.
