The 20th Annual Salmon River 5.5 Mile Run

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2026 10 AM This earth-friendly road race features a spectacularly scenic course in rural Eastern Connecticut. The event begins and ends at the Comstock covered bridge and follows the Salmon River through the State Forest and along the Airline Trail. The course covers varied terrain of pavement, dirt road and improved trail, ending with a fast, downhill finish. An amazing BBQ and awards ceremony on the banks of the Salmon River follows the race.
