Jason, our founder, went to college on the Iron Range in Hibbing, Minnesota. It's where he met his wife, and where he was introduced to all kinds of different foods. The ones we serve are some of his favorites. OUR PROMISE While some of our menu items will come and go based on the season, we will always be proud to sell Fraboni's Porketta in our porketta sandwiches. They're Jason's #1 favorite - and we hope yours too!
