AT & Household Activities - Online

This two-class series will explore the mechanics of everyday household activities. The key to decreasing long-term wear and tear of the body is expansive awareness in moments that seem to be commonplace. Participants will experiment with reliable strategies inspired by the Alexander Technique in hopes of employing better physical use in daily tasks. This class will meet online via Zoom on 9/23 & 9/30 from 6-7pm ET. Class Fee: $20 per class $35 for both classes
