Learn how to create an Introduction to the Alexander Technique class for various audiences and different size groups. We will explore how to introduce and present the principles of AT, so those new to the discipline can experience the power of the work. This workshop will meet both in-person and online via Zoom. This hybrid workshop is intended for Alexander Technique Teachers and Teacher Trainees. Cost: $55
