One Dance, One Philly Workshop

One Dance, One Philly is BalletX’s citywide invitation to dance, featuring accessible, shared choreography designed to bring people of all ages and experience levels together through movement. All season long, this joyful dance connects audiences and community members across Philadelphia, culminating in large-scale public moments where everyone is invited to participate. As part of our Free Friday series, join us for the One Dance, One Philly Workshop, a high-energy, welcoming class led by our teaching artists. This workshop is your chance to learn and rehearse the choreography you will be invited to perform at BalletX’s Festival at Highmark Mann, May 21-22. This workshop offers an opportunity to dance in community, build confidence, and be part of something bigger than yourself. Come move with us, rehearse together, and get ready to light up Philadelphia with dance! This class is open to all movers. No experience necessary, and all are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. This event is for ages 6+. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
