The project showcases the group’s unique approach to composition, blending cultural influences and collective improvisation into a cohesive yet richly diverse work. The core idea behind the ensemble is that each member is an immigrant of the United States, each with different musical, cultural ideas and experiences. Immigrantet debuts The Elements, a four-part suite inspired by Water, Earth, Air, and Fire. Featuring musicians from four continents, this performance blends global music traditions with modern jazz for a truly unique night.
