Turchi learned to play guitar in North Mississippi from Kenny Brown (RL Burnside's longtime sideman) in exchange for shoveling beagle shit, and has been touring the US and Europe since 2010. Described as "a burst of blues rock, both spontaneous & crafted" by Rolling Stone, and "beyond genre constraints" by The Oxford American, Turchi will be joined by Joseph Yount (Super Yamba Band) on drums, Eric Burns (Super Yamba Bank) on guitar, Seth Barden (Marked for Death) on bass, and special guest Graves Lee on saxophone.
