Knight Fights at The Tavern

Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Event Terms – Grand Opening Event By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending the Barley & Sword Brewing Company Tavern Grand Opening event (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree that your attendance involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: exposure to loud music, large crowds, uneven walking surfaces, alcohol consumption, vendor activities, and live entertainment, including armored combat exhibitions (“Knight Fights”), which may involve incidental risks to nearby spectators. You understand that the Knight Fights are strictly spectator-only and agree to remain within designated viewing areas and comply with all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance, including the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, whether arising from negligence or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Barley & Sword Brewing Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, vendors, contractors, performers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event. Alcohol Responsibility You acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be served at the Event. You agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that Barley & Sword Brewing Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. You further agree not to operate a vehicle or engage in unsafe behavior while under the influence. Photo & Video Release By attending the Event, you grant Barley & Sword Brewing Company and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness, voice, and appearance in any media for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes, without compensation or further approval. Conduct & Compliance You agree to follow all applicable laws, venue rules, and staff instructions. Barley & Sword Brewing Company reserves the right to remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior without refund. Minors If you attend with a minor, you accept full responsibility for their supervision, conduct, and safety at all times. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
