Join Cape Cod Cooperative Extension at Wellfleet OysterFest, October 17–18! Extension staff will teach Learn to Shuck classes both days, helping you learn to safely shuck oysters at home. Our Marine Program and AmeriCorps Cape Cod will also offer oyster-themed games for children and families in the kids area. View the festival schedule and class details.
