This is a FREE event. Ages: Teens & Adults Location: Event Room (Arts & Innovation HUB) Time: 6PM-7PM Join us as Larry Gindhart facilitates a community drum circle, drawing on one of humanity’s oldest practices. Group drumming fosters connection, expression, and shared rhythm, while offering measurable benefits for physical and emotional well-being. This program is intended for adults and older teens. Studies suggest that drumming can reduce stress and anxiety, support immune function, ease chronic pain, and encourage emotional release. Participants often experience a heightened sense of vitality, grounding, and community. Drums and percussion instruments are available for group use, making each circle inclusive, engaging, and accessible. If you are able to bring your own drum, please do not need to register – just join us. Reservations are for people needing to use one of the provided drums. This program is intended for adults and older teens.
