Do you love to dance? Do you enjoy connecting with your body and your expressive self? Join us in this gently paced movement class that includes a warm up, simple phrases across the floor and fun and creative movement improvisations.$15 per class ($5/$10 for Becket Arts Center Members). All ability levels are welcome! 18 and over.
