Town of Bel Air Annual Kite Festival

Rockfield Park Ballfields. Kite flying for kids of all ages along with great music and food for the whole family. Volunteers will be on hand to help kite flying novices. April 11. 10 am – 4pm. Admission is FREE and FREE kites while supplies last. Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, the first Kite Festival was held on April 15, 2006.
