This is your chance to get artistic in the beautiful setting of the Bellevue Botanical Garden with artist Rohini Mathur, where you will create a vibrant Mixed Media Floral Garden scene with fluttering butterflies. Learn how to simplify shapes, create bold color palettes, and build layers that bring your artwork to life. Using acrylics, watercolor pencils, collage, and expressive brushwork, you’ll create a colorful floral garden scene while learning essential concepts in composition, layering, and color-mixing techniques. Participants will leave with a finished floral painting and learn several art skills and tips and tricks that can be applied to their own creative practice.
