Restorative Art Journaling Workshop

Taught by Jeanne Hansen. Step into a slow, spacious time of creativity and reflection inspired by the beauty of Bellevue Botanical Garden. This 2-hour Art Journaling workshop blends mindfulness, painting and writing to help you reconnect with your inner voice through nature. Guided by Jeanne, participants will be invited to observe the garden with fresh eyes—noticing color, texture, rhythm, and seasonal change—and translate those impressions onto the page. You don’t need to be a “writer” or an “artist.” This workshop is about presence, curiosity, and personal expression, not perfection. Ideal for creatives, nature lovers, and anyone seeking a restorative pause and a new way to listen inward, guided by the quiet wisdom of the garden.
