About this event

On Daisy

One of 4 upcoming events at Benbrook Public Library, and 2,530 across Dallas–Fort Worth.

From Benbrook Public Library

Stretch and Restore classes at the library are taught by a professional instructor from the Benbrook YMCA. The 45-minute classes are free and are a great way to improve oneself both physically and mentally. Those who have their own yoga mats are encouraged to bring them, but the library also has some available for those who may need them. All skill levels, from beginners to advanced yogis, are welcome. Yoga classes are held on the second Monday of each month at 5:45 PM. There are occasional exceptions, and they will be noted on the library calendar. Staff often take pictures during library programs. The library uses photos in its publicity, in social media, and on its website. If you do not want your photo used, please contact the library and the library will honor that request.
